 Be sure to estimate your budget carefully before ordering the machine

 Be sure to clear your domestic obligations before ordering the machine

 Natural calamities Accidents or matters like power shedding or natural or accidental death of a person or domestic dispute Business fraud Fraud as well as any forced delay in delivery may occur.

 But the order will not be canceled or refund of advance amount under any circumstances

 If the customer does not clear the payment for the machine within one month after the delivery time, the company will be entitled to recover its money by selling the machine and the customer will be obliged to reschedule the delivery time for the machine.

 Delivery time will include working days only

 If the customer does not advance 70% of the amount

 The Company shall not be bound by the delivery time

 The company shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer before receiving the machine such as space rent or labor cost or vehicle rental etc.

 Be sure to confirm once before leaving home to receive the machine to avoid problems

 Be sure to send your wrapper and material one week prior to receiving the machine or the delivery of the machine will be delayed

 All responsibility for delivery eg vehicle hire and loading etc. will be with the customer

 If you want loading from the workers of the company, then pay the loading money to the workers before loading

 Arrange the payment before loading the machine. Loan or price will not be reduced. Make sure to pay the amount.

 Pay in cash or online Checks are not accepted

 Testing and setting up of the machine may be delayed, so visit with free time

 Mechanical parts will have one year warranty, electrical parts have no warranty

 In any case, if you require a workman, his travel fare and charges must be paid in advance

 Customers cannot order any pictures or videos before the machine is final ready

 Check machine working and equipment satisfaction on site

 Purchased machines are not returnable or exchangeable

انیس انجینئرنگ کے ساتھ کاروباری معاملات طے کرنے سے پہلے ان شرائط و ضوابط کو بغور پڑھیں بعد میں کوئی بھی عذر قابل قبول نہیں ہو گا 

مشین آرڈر کرنے سے پہلے اپنے بجٹ کا بخوبی اندازہ ضرور لگائیں 

مشین آرڈر کرنے سے پہلے اپنے گھریلو معاملات مجبوریوں کے کلیئر  ہونے کی یقین دہانی ضرور کریں 

قدرتی آفات حادثات یا معاملات جیسا کہ بجلی کی لوڈ شیڈنگ یا کسی شخص کی قدرتی یا حادثاتی اموات یا گھریلو جھگڑا کاروباری دھوکہ فراڈ نیز کسی بھی مجبوری کے تحت ڈلیوری میں تاخیر تو ہو سکتی ہے

لیکن آرڈر کسی صورت کینسل یا ایڈوانس رقم واپسی نہیں ہوگی

اگر کسٹمر ڈلیوری ٹائم کے بعد ایک ماہ کے دوران مشین کی پیمنٹ کلیئر نہیں کرے گا تو کمپنی مشین سیل کر کے اپنے پیسے ریکور کرنے کی مجاز ہو گی اور کسٹمر مشین کے لیے دوبارہ ڈیلیوری ٹائم دینے کا پابند ہو گا 

ڈیلیوری ٹائم میں صرف ورکنگ ڈے شامل ہوں گے

کسٹمر اگر 70 فیصد رقم ایڈوانس نہیں دیگا تو  

کمپنی ڈلیوری ٹائم کی پابند نہیں ہوگی

مشین وصول کرنے سے پہلے کسٹمر کے کسی بھی اخراجات جیسا کہ جگہ کا کرایہ یا لیبر کا خرچہ یا گاڑی کا کرایہ وغیرہ کی کمپنی ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگی

مشین وصول کرنے کے لیے گھر سے نکلنے سے پہلے دشواری سے بچنے کے لیے ایک بار کنفرم ضرور کر لیں

مشین وصول کرنے سے ایک ہفتہ پہلے اپنا ریپر اور میٹریل ضرور بھیجیں ورنہ مشین کی ڈلیوری میں تاخیر ہو گی 

ڈلیوری کی تمام تر زمہ داری مثلاً گاڑی کا کرایہ اور لوڈنگ وغیرہ کسٹمر کی ہو گی 

اگر آپ کمپنی کے ورکرز سے لوڈنگ کروانا چاہیں تو ورکرز کو لوڈنگ کے پیسے لوڈنگ سے پہلے ادا کریں 

مشین لوڈنگ سے پہلے پیمنٹ کا ارینج کر کے آئیں ادھار یا قیمت کم نہیں ہوگی رقم کی ادائیگی کو یقینی بنائیں عدم ادائیگی پر پریشانی کا ذمے دار کسٹمر ھوگا 

رقم کیش یا آنلائن کی صورت میں ادا کریں چیک قابل قبول نہیں 

مشین کی ٹیسٹنگ اور سیٹنگ میں تاخیر ہو سکتی ہے اس لیے بلکل فری ٹائم نکال کے تشریف لائیں

مکینکل پارٹس کی ایک سال وارنٹی ہوگی الیکٹریکل پارٹس کی وارنٹی نہیں 

کسی بھی صورت میں اگر آپ کو کاریگر کی ضرورت پڑتی ہے تو اسکے آنے جانے کا کرایہ اور چارجز پہلے ادا کرنے ہونگے 

کسٹمر حضرات مشین فائنل تیار ہونے سے پہلے کوئی تصویر یا وڈیو نہیں منگوا سکتے 

مشین کی ورکنگ اور سامان کی تسلی موقع پر کریں

خریدی ہوئی مشین واپس یا تبدیل نہیں ہو گی
